Mechtronic Solutions, Inc is seeking a dynamic individual to add to our team! Qualified individual will have a hands-on attitude, the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems, and a desire to integrate complete systems from concept through implementation.

Reports To: Mechanical Engineering Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Defining functional requirements and system interfaces
• Developing conceptual solutions using SolidWorks and Pro/Engineer Wildfire
• Analyzing and detailing the designs with the help of COSMOSWorks and FloWorks
• Working closely with our technicians to prototype and test the products
• Completing the systems integration process in house or at our customers facilities
• Developing project documentation and maintaining configuration management files

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Five years of related work experience
• Proficiency in SolidWorks (will consider Pro/E, Inventor, UG, Catia, or any other parametric solid modeling software)
• Finite element analysis (FEA) experience
• Mechanical design
• Experience dealing with machine shops
• E/T certificate or PE desired
