Reports To: Electrical Engineering Manager

This position will be responsible for the engineering design and implementation of power distribution, communications, PLC and machine controls for a wide variety of projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ability to do top level design of complex industrial control
• Solid knowledge and experience of PLC and PAC programming
• Ability and desire to work on multiple projects

Perferred Skills:

• Experience with two or more of the following PLC/PAC systems: Siemens; Allen Bradley; Phoenix contact, Direct Logix, Omron, Mistsubishi, GE, Modicon, Opto, Delta, Beckoff
• Experience designing complex Human Machine Interfaces
• Experience designing and implementing industrial SCADA systems
• Experience with the following hardware: VFDs, Process Controllers, Industrial networking equipment, DC Power supplies, Motion control, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, wiring/panel and cabling systems
• Experience designing machine safety systems
• Working knowledge of National Electrical Code

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
• 5 or more years of recent experience in industrial control
• Candidates must be able to obtain security clearance
